James G. was extremely customer friendly and caring. He explained how to clean the electrostatic filter properly. He also suggested an additive to the AC which will replace missing oil and reduce the noise of the unit. In all, it was a pleasant experience. We have been Alaskan customers for 10 years and found James G. to be an outstanding representative. We shall ask for him for our next tuneup. T & J
