I highly recommend Alaskan HS to anyone looking for a new HVAC or water heater system. Purchased new Rheem HVAC/water heater system from Jacob in December '15. He included an extended warranty (parts + labor), and came back after the job was finished to ensure I was satisfied. In addition, he helped me install some electrical outlets and fixed a bent water pipe, free of charge.

Patrick, the Senior Service Tech with Alaskan, did a great job in looking at our heating/ac system and recommending what truly needed repair and what did not. His was a second opinion on repairs recommended by another company. He came up with a recommendation of only needing 1/3 the amount of repairs and replacements. This was greatly appreciated. He was punctual and very informative. Thanks Patrick.
