Shane is professional, and listened to what our problem was with our A/C. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and gave us two options. He left to get the necessary parts and returned in a timely fashion to install. He is courteous, pleasant to talk with, and corrected the problem. Trickery....got me to sign a contract for 3 years that was supposed to cover coil cleaning for 3 years. Well they lie. They are here trying to charge me 2000.00 for the service. I paid 3000.00 at sign up already. What a rip off. Be warned they LIE.
