Two visits and each was its own problem. First visit my tech tried to throw away my filters which due to age, are permanent and cannot be purchased\replaced except via a custom shop $$$. So I retrieved them from trash and cleaned. Checkup visit the AC tech could not figure out why the power shut off to the AC unit after his visit. The problem was a breaker going bad. Not his area of expertise BUT he should have had an electric probe to test the breaker and then I would have called an electrician... Read more
