Ran into some problems with our 15 year old furnace and AC. Neighbors recommended Alaskan AC after having some work done at their place. I already had an idea which features I wanted in a replacement unit. So the selection process was easy. My technical questions (because I'm an Engineer) were all answered to my satisfaction. Some delays getting the new unit as the Lennox factory had been hit by a tornado. Not Alaskan's fault. As soon as they had the new unit they scheduled an install date.
