Ran into some problems with our 15 year old furnace and AC. Neighbors recommended Alaskan AC after having some work done at their place. I already had an idea which features I wanted in a replacement unit. So the selection process was easy. My technical questions (because I'm an Engineer) were all answered to my satisfaction.
