I just had the worst experience with Lisa at Alaskan Home Services. I missed my service tech call. I called back 13 minutes later, when the tech didn't answer, I called the companies main line. Lisa answered, and immediately was rude to me saying that I had been unresponsive to the service technician so they cancelled my call. I said he had only called once, and I was calling right back.
