I needed a new AC for my house. My 30 yo unit was failing faster than I could keep it fixed. So I called three local companies: 1) Lowes 2) Home Depot 3) Naughtons Alaskan is contracted by Home Depot for A/C sales and installation. The sales person showed up on time and was friendly and asked the questions I thought should be asked so as to ascertain what would be the best unit for me. The A/C unit has gone out at our house so I contacted Alaskan Home Service to get a quote for a new system. They are a major advertiser in our community so I figured they would be a good business to call. The first call they stated they would send me the qoute to my email for my wife and I to review. The next day I still hadn't received it so I called again and verified that they had the correct information. They promised they would send it.
