Where do I begin? From the first phone call I made, to the final inspection of the new unit I bought, everything was outstanding!! Having a 16 year old system I knew the end was coming for my unit because all of my neighbor's units all failed at about 12 years and they had to replace them. So I called around for quotes and got estimates from about four companies and Alaskan Home Services blew everyone out of the water! This company has poor business practices...bought a unit from them then had contract changed after the fact! When I wanted clarification I was made to feel stupid and still have no answers as to why I am paying more then what I was told and signed for....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
