Shane at Alaskan Air checked out my heating systems and yes they are l5 years old, but as far as I'm concerned working perfectly. He gave me several options for cleaning and maintenance which I thought were really costly. You do NOT get any tune up with this, check it out, service. But I really didn't think I would anyway. So I'll just wait till they die and get newer updates models. Although this check up was okay and Shane was really nice, I opted for nothing.

Paul Clark was the most thorough and knowledgeable tech I've had in my last 4 years with Alaskan. Instead of spending 10 - 20 minutes like the other techs and not knowing the system, it was obvious that Paul knew my system and was dedicated to giving an excellent service!
The Tech got an error report on one of my units and didn't know what it meant. He was going to ask his boss and call me today!!! He DID NOT CALL!!!
