Arturo Yepiz was scheduled from 10-1p...got a call and was rescheduled to 12-3p but didn’t show up until 3:45p. I requested a tune-up on my unit but he chose to do a Diagnostics check on it instead because my “thermostat didn’t work”, although it does work and turns on just fine. The thermostat had a low batter signal which the technician failed to do his due diligence check it and did not offer to change the batteries on it...when other Technicians in the past have graciously offered to change ... Lots of great review but I was not the lucky one right before holiday. William the owner walked in my house 2:32PM recored on my Ring camera, left 2:40PM. He did 5min check and said he is done and the unit is working. When Inasked why the air is still cold he said it will be another diagnostic and I have to pay another $87.After I said I will call the manager he said he is the manager. I called the compnay and the associate hang up othe phone
