the technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable and arrived on time. Gave me many options on how to fix my issue and did not pressure me at all. I will definitely use Alaskan again.

Not trustworthy. They could not figure out the problem, so, seemed like they just started coming up with things that were very expensive and come to find out after going with another company, and spending all that money, it would not have even solved the problem. Not very friendly people. Not rude, but not very personable. Techs had a very “ I would rather be someplace else attitude”. No communication from one tech to another.

Service is fast. However, we feel we have a lemon of a unit and each call produces another problem with it.
