Jesse performed the usual annual inspection and service of my AC today, and as I watched it was obvious that he was well trained and experienced and he worked in an efficient manner. After skillfully performing the services called for he saw that some of the air conditioning lines above ground had some rips in the insulation so he covered the splits with new insulation. Jesse called to give me an eta and arrived on time. He is very professional and knowledgable. We had an issue with one of my 5 units. While everything checked out, the unit and thermostat were not in working together. After completing the other 4 units, we returned to the problem. Jesse got up in the attic and found that the heater unit door had not been closed and a switch had been shut off and not turned back on from a previous Alaskan tech. Kudos to Jesse.
