We had purchased a two year service contract with this company. Jay W. conducted a thorough inspection on our AC system, showed me the areas of concern and explained to me what needed to be done. The work took a couple of hours to complete. When finished, Jay showed me the before and after photos of the indoor coil. Jay was professional yet still polite and I would recommend you ask for him should you decide to use this company.

Absolutely awful experience. They blow off appointments, leave you without a functioning A/C for 10+ days in the middle of July. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. NOT EVEN TO AN ENEMY. Worst customer service experience ever, I'm not even sure how they were able to land their bid with Home Depot. They should be wary to associate themselves with such terrible company.
