Two visits and each was its own problem. First visit my tech tried to throw away my filters which due to age, are permanent and cannot be purchased\replaced except via a custom shop $$$. So I retrieved them from trash and cleaned. Checkup visit the AC tech could not figure out why the power shut off to the AC unit after his visit. The problem was a breaker going bad. Got home and realized AC was out on a Saturday afternoon. I called Alaskan air, long story short within an hour the on call technician Nick was at my house. Thank god it was a simple fix, but Nick was very professional and helpful
My appointment was between 10:00am and 1:00pm. Made the appointment a week and a half in advance The tech finally showed at 1:30pm. Had a longer repair than expected. He jumped right in and got it all completed and cleaned up.
