RJ Navarrette was totally professional, courteous, and friendly. He worked diligently to determine what was causing our system to not work then fixed the problem efficiently. Techs were OK n nice. However, service has basic ac cleaning, didnt replace filter which I supplied n no topping off coolant.

Good appointment scheduling process, came the day after I called. Get photo and name of service person before they arrive (like Uber). Called ahead, showed up on time, polite and professional, and gave thorough report on my issues and cost estimates for (extensive) repairs. Will be getting other quotes so not sure if I will go with them, but I am basing this evaluation on what I scheduled, which was just an evaluation.
