-Tech was great but do they always have to try and up sell you on additional things needed to make units last longer. It seems like all your service contract covers is coming out and looking at units. I have two so everything doubles, like $300 each to clean coils and $500 each to tar up roof entrances along with coils. What good is the service contract when routine maintenance isn't included?

The work to restore the heat transfer media was explained well. Before and after photos were provided. It looks new again. Work was completed promptly.
