We are not going with this company because the price for a new unit was out of budget. However, their salesperson was very knowledgeable and professional.
We had our 6-mo service today. Jarryd, our service tech, was polite, friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. Turns out that we did downhill biking together over a decade ago! We ended up extending our service plan and purchasing a lubricant to keep our 8-10-year-old units running. I have been a happy Alaskan customer in two homes now since the early 2000s.
