The service we received was horrible. While one technician seemed knowledgeable, the other was useless and in the way. They took the pads out of our heater and left them laying on the roof, among many other things. I called to express my concerns and I was told the General Manager doesn't take calls he's to busy. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

-Tech was great but do they always have to try and up sell you on additional things needed to make units last longer. It seems like all your service contract covers is coming out and looking at units. I have two so everything doubles, like $300 each to clean coils and $500 each to tar up roof entrances along with coils. What good is the service contract when routine maintenance isn't included?
