Patrick from Alaskan Home Services was the best. He checked both Air & Heat. My 2 units needed a few parts replaced 12 yrs old. Diden't try saying I needed major work. He stayed about 1Hr. I signed up for follow up inspections for 3 more years. He was a very friendly young man. Made small conversion laughed a little. Nice Guy.
