Sammy R. Called before he arrived and came on time . His knowledge and workmanship of AC units was amazing , and I’ve had other so called AC companies work for us before , nothing compared to Sam’s manner and professionalism . He photographed and explained every tiny detail of what he did and what to look out for in the near future . This is the second time using Alaskan Air Conditioinig and they didn’t disappoint. Quick response time.i was able to make an appt for the next day. The tech Jeremy was early and called before he came out. He was very knowledgable and was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly. Very personable and respectful of the property.

Our heat wasn’t working and they were able to get someone out the next day (hours earlier than anticipated) and Earl was able to fix the problem. He went above and beyond to get things going again the same day!
