Alaskan replaced my inefficient evaporative swamp cooler with a super efficient Rheem AC and had our old fashion 60 amp fuse box electrical service upgraded with a modern 200amp service panel. The team only spent one day doing the installation. All during the installation and panel upgrade, the Alaskan team made sure we were comfortable. They even sent out a Quality Control inspector to ensure everything was up to standard.
This is the worst company and customer service (if that's what you want to call it) I have ever dealt with in my life! Uninformed, unorganized, inconsiderate, unprofessional bunch! They never keep their appointments, they sell, install faulty equipment! The one thing they're good at is collecting payments for the equipment installed! My technician was on time very polite professional and procedd to access the problem of no cool air after examining my ac unit he found a bug had gotten in my electrical current that shutdown the compressor, he cleaned everything wiring connectors etc and bugs and the compressor fired up blowing cold air a true professional with only a service charge thanks Alaska air!.thank you for a good job Jay
4 appointments over 7 days; late over an hour every time. 1st appointment came said your ac isn't working, left without doing anything because the home owner was not home. Next appointment came said coil was leaking and they'd order one, but will take a month to get the part. A week of 90 degrees inside no relief no sense of eagerness to fix the issue. Tucson Office.
