My elderly parents used Alaskan air by purchasing a new A/C. $18000 dollars . A few years later A/C went down. They came out and charged $1500 for a thermostat. 10 year warranty covered parts not labor. Wow. A year later it went down again. Not sure what went wrong this time but they quoted $4000. For labor .
