Brandon, was very informative, he greeted me as soon as I opened the door. He introduced himself and waited for me to answer before we started talking about the reason he was there. He was very thorough and when he was finished he explained everything to me. He was a very polite young man.

Noticed my air was not cooling at 630 pm the Saturday before father's day. Called Alaskan spoke with after hours rep, took my info and got a follow up call within 5 min of a technician able to show up between 8 and 11pm. The tech Jason called ahead of time and arrived the time he gave me. He got the part replaced and was finished by 9pm. Now the house is cooling down from 85 degrees to 74 degrees.
