Earl visited my house yesterday. He called before leaving the previous location and advised me of his approximate arrival time. He arrived early, and I recognized him as one of the technicians who had visited me previously. He put on theater shoes on arrival to prevent messing up the floor. He then went about his maintenance duties, including washing the coils. During his visit he was polite, quiet and when all said and done, he and I discussed the system and recommendations.
