Call them only you're desperate. They responded with in 2 hour and fixed the problem. However they charged $1950 replacing a capacitor under the name of voltage enhancement system rejuvenation. I understand the quickness of the service but $15 part replacement shouldn't cost $2K. My opinion is this is total rip-off and they should be shamed for ripping the desperate people off.

Technician did a thorough check out of the system. He found several issues and gave me options for a fix. I took the middle of the road option. He also cleaned everything. The system that I was told was recently installed is really 7 years old. I'm going to need Alaskan to keep it in good condition.

My technician, Zachary, was professional, friendly, and respectful. Even though I received some not so pleasant news about the condition of one of my items, I felt my technician was trustworthy and experienced enough to help me solve the issues brought to my attention.
