I would give Roque a10 out of 10. He was very professional but kind at the same time. He worked with me and at first, only replaced the motor on my unit. Unfortunately, the unit still rattled even after this replacement. He came back the next morning with a new fan which completely fixed the problem and my unit is running as it is supposed to. I wish that whenever I have a problem with anything, I would get a great person like Roque to fix it. You are very lucky to have him with your company.

Javier from Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating replaced broken parts in our A/C Unit quickly and efficiently. Our A/C started making a loud rumbling noise on a Saturday afternoon in June (here in Phoenix, AZ). Javier came out to our residence and stayed until after 6:00PM.
