Nick Waldrom was here this morning and did our fall HVAC inspection. He apologized for being a bit early. He was only about ten minutes early but I think that it's nice when you have a three hour time window and they show up early. It certainly is better than waiting the entire three hours and have them show up at the last minute ... or even late.
