Dylan was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and provided valuable information on how to maintain a good working system, ie. changing of filters, temperature, etc. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our two air conditioning units. The visit today was part of a 2 year maintenance plan, so the cost of the service has already been paid.

I would not at this time recommend Alaskan. Their customer service is not 24 hours, as they use AI after at least 7ish. It also was like pulling teeth to get the AI to understand we wanted emergency service, but finally got an appointment scheduled for 8pm to 10pm. We received texts confirming the appointments, come 10pm, nobody shows up and no calls. The next morning we reached out and they claim to have called both number on file, yet neither phone had a missed call, and they claim that there ... Read more

I found Alaskan air conditioning and heating to be a wonderful company and I would recommend them to anyone. My installers Damek, Milton, Kevin, and Frnny were Professional, clean, on time, friendly, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful their communication was.
