scheduled a tune up service through home depot. got a text confirming appointment with a 3 hours window period. No show and no call on day of appointment. Not a very good first impression and if this is how they treat their appointments then I wonder on the quality of their work.

Mark was very courteous and explained the issues with my AC system in terms I could understand. He wasn't pushy, nor did he make me feel like he was trying to sell me something. I will use Alaska Air for the repairs Mark suggested. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
