Tom called and relayed he would be there in 15 minutes. My scheduled timd was 10 to 12, and he arrived at 9:55. Very prompt. He completed his checkup on my system and then made a couple of suggestions to improve my system, and extend my contract. I chose not to make the changes. He was at my place for about 30 minutes, and was very polite and thorough.

Everyone was very helpful, polite, professional and friendly. I was called 2 days before my first appointment to reschedule because of upcoming rain. I really appreciated that. Earl D. did an excellent job on the service call. He seems to know what I want without me even suggesting it.
