I am so unhappy with the service from this company! I had a brand new a/c & heating unit installed in July 2011. It has never worked properly. I paid $7,500. In the summers it blows hot air and in the winters it blows cold air. They have been rude and disrespectful to me. I currently have no heat. They are now telling me it's $2,000 to fix it. I have called another company to help me. I would NEVER recommend Alaskan Home Services to anyone.

On “Guru” Everything
Alaskan came to my home the day I called. They fixed the problem the following day. When you have issues with A/C in your home, it is nice to know that you have a company that will be responsive, detail driven and caring.
