Josh is a nice guy and was respectful of our need for social distancing and mask wearing. He arrived on time and completed his inspection and subsequent air handler coil cleaning in short order. As had the Alaskan Air rep during the last warranty inspection, he noted that the air handler coil and fan were dirty and recommended they be cleaned. We selected the least expensive cleaning ($378) of the coils only. Somehow, his expenditure of fewer than 30 minutes to do so seems a bit less than we wou... Read more
