Felt the cost was very high, so I asked for an itemized bill for parts and labor. They said they do not itemize their bills, but go by the book. So I have no idea how much I paid for labor, how much I paid for parts. I was given a grand total price and that was it. I am sure it was not a fair price, because adding up the labor from the book for all the different things they did would be much longer than they actually spent on site.

AC died. Called Alaskan and within 20 minutes someone was here to fix it. Nick was great. He knew the problem before he even saw the unit. Fixed it within 20 minutes it was resolved. In less than an hour I went from having no AC to full AC. A little expensive but for rapid response service like that I cannot complain. Will definitely use Alaskan again in the future.

Semi-annual AC/Heating System Inspection: Freddie Benally spent twice as much time as past inspectors and actually sat down with us to review his photos and analysis of conditions. While we weren’t happy that he recommended some expensive duct cleaning ($1,600) and blower wheel/coil cleaning ($2,000), we can see that it’s probably necessary. We have to consider our options, including total system replacement, as the system is 9 years old. We liked Freddie.
