This was my first time using Alaskan and besides the hard to find leak that I needed fixed I was using this as a trial run for future work in my home. Steve, the technician, was very conscientious and put in the extra effort to make certain that things were fixed correctly. He did such a great job that I am having him put in a new hot water heater later this week.
