When my parents AC stopped working this company helped them very quickly. With them being up in their 80's they could not afford to be without heat-relief for very long and they certainly did not want to have to go to a hotel. Alaskan Home Services came out quickly and carefully repaired their problem with a minimum of fuss. It is good to know that people like this exist yet today. My parents were quite satisfied and did not feel as though they were "ripped off" when in need of fast service.... Read more

Steve , my Service Technician, is characterized as a very patient, neatly dressed, very polite, and knowledgable young man. He patiently explained to me in every detail the problem with my air conditioner. (It is up and running) PHEW!!!
