Semi-annual AC/Heating System Inspection: Freddie Benally spent twice as much time as past inspectors and actually sat down with us to review his photos and analysis of conditions. While we weren’t happy that he recommended some expensive duct cleaning ($1,600) and blower wheel/coil cleaning ($2,000), we can see that it’s probably necessary. We have to consider our options, including total system replacement, as the system is 9 years old. We liked Freddie.

This company I have to admit has some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. After a miscommunication where I thought I had requested a maintenance on my system but received only a service on my ac system. When I contacted the company, I received a call back the same day and spoke with the owner, who was very professional and took responsibility even though it was my miscommunication with the technician that led to the issue.
