All 3 were on time, courteous, and kept us informed of their progress, removed all the old equipment and had it picked up for recycling, and arranged for their handyman to come and patch up our walls. Earl came to the house, looked at the existing setup, listened to what was important to to our families needs, and explained all the options and add one we could think se to make the new system better.
