Shane was on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Alaskan was very responsive in getting him out on Labor Day, a full day earlier than anyone else could get out here. We will definitely use them again.

Service is best in the valley. Appointments are almost always available within 48hrs. Technicians are professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Never recommend or try to sell something that's not necessary. Photos taken and shown of the work done or problem. Fully recommend this company for installation of systems and repairs.
It was easy. Kenny was courteous, and very respectful. He got right to work, found out what the problem was, and fixed it. Answered my questions, and was very helpful. Definetely would recommend them!! Money wise, it's not the cheapest, but they came out at 7pm on a Friday night. So you are paying more for convenience. Still not as much as I thought we were going to pay!!
