Started out great! James was fantastic as always. They got me the same day I called.
However, Alaskan wanted to charge me over $300 for what turned out to be a loose wire in the attic which would have probably taken less than five minutes to fix & that is with having the maintenance service agreement.
In addition, they charged me $78 just to come out to see what was wrong, as they advised the maintenance agreement only included the twice-a-year servicing. Of course they said they would cre... Read more
