I would not at this time recommend Alaskan. Their customer service is not 24 hours, as they use AI after at least 7ish. It also was like pulling teeth to get the AI to understand we wanted emergency service, but finally got an appointment scheduled for 8pm to 10pm. We received texts confirming the appointments, come 10pm, nobody shows up and no calls. Tech arrived on time, did the system tune up, educated us on the system, showed us a filter we didn't even know we had and cleaned up before leaving. No hard sell on new products. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
