The technician Roque called ahead, was here within the assigned time period. He went ahead and replaced the parts that needed replacement. He showed me pictures of the old parts and new parts that were put in their place. He was courteous and pleasant. A very good experience.
My repair person was James. Very nice and friendly, knowledgeable and quick. He told me everything he was doing before he did it. He shared photos after he was done.
Over all a very pleasant experience.
That only part of the experience with Alaskan air was the AI person I had to deal with when I made the initial call for the repair. It was difficult and frustrating. I am not a fan.
