What a horrible experience. No one calls, no one shows for appointments, and office staff, including the virtual assistant, can't seem to accomplish anything. I think they are scamming people. Charged me but didn't do anything and can't get ahold of anyone either, to find out what's going on. Definitely use someone else.

Arturo arrived a little earlier than the time frame provided. Once here, he gave me a good "listening to" as I brought him up to date with my concerns. Assisted by this information, he was able to do a thorough check of the system and diagnosed repairs which would be needed. A clear, concise estimate was provided, and he was able to answer all of my questions before leaving.
