The installation crew did a great job, despite some complications and completed the job in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned up before they left and our units are running great. Overall a very good experience.

Okay the service I had was Not good!!! The man who came to my house was So rushed, when I asked him why he was talking so fast, he said the company likes us to move fast? Then he took inventory on my kitchen sink and outside And the price's where So outrageous!!! I told him just wanted to think about it, and Never contacted them again!
Technician did a fine job. I asked specifically if the service included both systems (I have an upper and lower unit) and if they lubricated the fan motor. They said yes but it would appear that was not the case. Maybe have the person taking calls clarifying what the maintenance service includes.
We were very pleased with the service we received from Alaskan Air. Our service technician, Jack Durka, was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job completing the service on our HVAC unit. He was very respectful and did a nice job of explaining what he had done and what we needed to do to keep our unit running efficiently.
