The serviceman (Jason Martin) was supposed to be here between 4 and 7 pm. He finally got here at 7:40 pm. It surprised me because it was getting kind of dark outside, but he told me he could still fix my air conditioning system. It took until about 9:30 when he said it was the motor and I paid approximately $1,500.00 from my Discover card to fix it. He was professional, kind, and answered all my questions. Javier from Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating replaced broken parts in our A/C Unit quickly and efficiently. Our A/C started making a loud rumbling noise on a Saturday afternoon in June (here in Phoenix, AZ). Javier came out to our residence and stayed until after 6:00PM.
