About 5 pm I noticed our A.C wasn't cooling. I called and spoke with someone in Sacramento. She contacted Alaskan's local (Tucson) branch. They responded right away and had Arutro at our house very quickly. He was great. Found a bad transformer, but wasn't satisfied that that was the root of the problem.
