I had both my units serviced for my 6 month maintenance. The tech was courteous and nice. My home was freezing when he lowered my temperatures. He gave me a clean bill of health and 2 days later my almost 4 year old unit doesn’t work. My home is hot and I called on Sunday and Monday and asked for a high up person and no one would talk to me or call me back.
