we spent $15,000 on a unit and they absolutely do not stand by their work. The tech that showed up yesterday tried charging us $1000 for freon which he had no idea why the unit needed freon. No leaks etc. We called D&H Air and they came out and told us the freon was fine. They properly diagnosed the unit with a faulty fan motor which is covered under the warranty. The tech left yesterday without even putting the filter back in. The manager never even called us even after we complained.
