Over priced and use terms that are not industry standards, so it sounds worse than it is. Quoted almost $2000 , repaired myself with OEM parts for just about $230. Do the math and form your own opinion.
It took me a long time to get around to writing this review because it was at a stressful time and of course everything was going wrong all at once, including my air conditioning. Before calling Alaskan I'd been dealing with someone else, who sucked, so I was relieved that Efrain, my Alaskan tech, took care of it quickly, with no nonsense. Super helpful and awesome.
