It took some extra time past our slotted appt time for the technicians to arrive ( had 3 - 6 PM slot, arrived at 10 PM ) but the work they did when arrived was excellent. They were knowledgeable and upfront about services and we did not feel like were trying to be “sold” on anything. Best part… when they left air was blowing at a blissful 51 deg F and house cooled down to 72 quickly.

The technician was professional, friendly, prompt, and knew what he was doing! Having the air conditioning go out on a holiday is horrible, but Alaskan AC made it as painless as possible. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.
