They did come out same day but they weren't interested in helping us as our AC is old. Recommended a new system starting at $16 grand. Called a handyman and $125 later I had AC again within an hour. Lessons were learned.

Always have ads on air saying same day service or it's free, needed the ac looked at for my parents and lone behold can't get someone out til Tues.
I've been using Alaskan for about 4 years. They've always been a great company. Customer service, professionalism, nice people, great job on tech services and more. Today Josh came out and it was his 2nd time here, he is fantastic!
